• Message metadata: timestamps and delivery status. The content of your messages is end-to-end encrypted and is never visible to us.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate, maintain, and improve Flowmessage, deliver your messages, keep your account secure, respond to support requests, and detect abuse or fraud. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in limited cases: with service providers who help us operate the app under strict confidentiality agreements, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Message Encryption

All one-to-one and group messages are protected with end-to-end encryption. Encryption keys are generated and stored on your device, meaning Flowmessage cannot read your conversations, even if legally compelled to hand over data.

6. Data Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest for account metadata, regular security audits, and strict internal access controls, to protect the limited data we do hold.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from the app settings. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account entirely, by contacting us using the details below.

8. Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Message metadata is deleted shortly after successful delivery. Disappearing messages you configure are removed from our systems according to the timer you set.

9. Children's Privacy

Flowmessage is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Wherever we operate, we apply the same privacy and security standards described in this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app before the changes take effect.
